Meet the bus at Adventist Book Center in Keene, Texas
Travel to Battle Creek with stops for restroom and lunch (on your own). Snacks provided on board.
Arrive at hotel in Marion, Illinois on Sunday night, with first stop at Panera Bread (menu at following link) https://delivery.panerabread.com/menu/category/505 for supper (provided). To save time, we'll order ahead based on your menu selection.
Monday October 7
Breakfast at hotel. Bus trip to Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN) in Thompsonville, Illinois, for tour. Catered lunch at 11 am. Depart for Battle Creek at noon, arriving at approximately 7:00 p.m. Bus will stop at Meijer's Grocer upon arrival for purchase of supper foods (on your own) to take to the hotel.
Tuesday October 8
Breakfast at hotel. Then tour Adventist Heritage Village the rest of the morning. Lunch provided at Mango, a local Adventist-owned vegetarian restaurant. We'll complete Adventist Heritage Village tour after lunch. Bus trip to Meijer's Grocer after tour concludes, to purchase supper foods (on your own), then return to hotel.
Wednesday October 9
Breakfast at hotel, followed by bus trip to Dime Tabernacle ("The Tab"), followed by bus trip to the former Kellogg Sanitarium, now a Federal Building. (Requires Government-issued Photo ID or Passport for entry); Lunch in the grand ballroom.
After lunch, we'll visit Oak Hill Cemetery, see the graves of James and Ellen White and family, J.H.Kellogg, Sojourner Truth grave site, and return downtown to view statue and the Underground Railroad sculpture. A light supper will be provided at Adventist Heritage Village, followed by a specially-arranged prayer service at the historic Parkville Adventist Church.
Thursday, October 10
Depart for Texas (with an overnight stop in Arkansas ) following breakfast at Battle Creek hotel.
Friday, October 11
Breakfast at hotel, then depart by 7 a.m. Arrive at final destination: ABC parking lot in Keene, Texas, on Friday at 12:30 p.m.. Lunch on your own.
